Historic design, beautiful garden views, charming common areas
The room locks are infuriating!!! I felt uneasy not being able to secure the door when away. A small shower with poor pressure just added to the annoyance!!! The pricing leaves much to be desired in terms of value!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the beautiful building that gave off an authentic B&B vibe. The room was lovely, though it had no TV, which I didn't mind but could be helpful for others to know. The shower in our room was a bit too small and had low pressure, but with the charm of the place, it wasn't a dealbreaker. Being close to the Saint Albans Museum, and the lovely host added a warm touch to our experience.

Charming Victorian with thoughtful restoration blends historical detail and modern comfort. The breakfast, a good twist of decadence and health, set a pleasant tone for the stay. The room lacked adequate storage was nice. Some minor plumbing issues slightly detracted from the experience, though not significantly enough to overshadow the warm hospitality.

The rooms, particularly the Grace Room and Lovejoy Room, feel cramped with barely any space for luggage or movement. Hot water runs out quickly, leading to abrupt showers, and a lack of door locks raises concerns about security.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the rooms are amazing. The staff was wonderful! I really enjoyed having climate control and an electric kettle in the room. The location is comfortable in the middle of Jackson and really close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a laundromat. The food they offered was appetizing and had a wide array of meals.
